An estimate based on your figures, not a promise. How much time a solution saves in your case is something we are happy to work out with you.
How we calculate
We value the working time gained at your personnel cost: employees × personnel cost × time saved, for every year of the period. On top come the licence costs that fall away. From that we subtract the one-off development and the ongoing maintenance. For the hours we assume 1,720 working hours per person and year. Whether you use the time gained for growth or to avoid new hires is up to you.
